Three culinary legends come together for this exclusive Friday evening event. Stranraer Oyster Festival's Chef Ambassador Tony Singh and the incomparable Rosemary Shrager are joined by local cocktail expert Massi for a truly special collaboration that kicks off the festival in style.

Expect big personalities and even bigger laughs at this fun event that's all about audience interaction and conversation with our celebrity guests. You'll hear about behind-the-scenes stories, cooking insights, and tales from their culinary journeys, while raising a glass on the opening evening of Stranraer Oyster Festival.

Your ticket includes a welcome glass of Prosecco or a dram of Rock Island whisky on arrival (or non-alcoholic alternative), plus light snacks prepared by local catering hero Sally Hair.
