A brand new event for the first time at Stranraer Oyster Festival - come and meet and greet some of the wonderful chefs that will be demonstrating over the weekend!

Come and meet Cyrus Todiwala, Jimmy Lee, Pam Brunton, Julie Lin, Helen Cross and Ryan McCutcheon. This is your chance to get photos with these phenomenal chefs, chat with them and ask any questions you might have in an informal and fun setting.

We will also be joined by Massimo Lisi who will be giving a cocktail masterclass, showing you how to make some of our chef's favourite cocktail recipes! There will also be some special guests joining Massimo.

Please note, we are unable to cater for specific dietary requirements at this event. Due to the inclusion of alcohol, this event is designed for people aged 18 years and over.

Prosecco is available at an additional charge of £5 per person.
