Come and celebrate the start of the Scottish Oyster harvesting season with us at Stranraer Oyster Festival, 12th - 14th September 2025. A weekend packed with celebrity chef demos, live music, the Scottish Oyster Shucking Championships, amazing food & drink, family fun, and, of course, a huge oyster bar with our sensational native oysters, freshly landed from beautiful Loch Ryan.

The festival site is open between: Friday 5.30PM - 12AM, Saturday 11AM - 12AM and Sunday 11AM - 7PM.

Stranraer Oyster Festival raises funds for Stranraer Development Trust (SC046306) for the advancement of community-led development in Stranraer and the Rhins.
