Ten years ago acclaimed chefs Tony Singh and Cyrus Todiwala set out on a mission to wake Britain up to the versatility of spices with their hit BBC TV show The Incredible Spice Men. They are now reuniting for the first time in years at Stranraer Oyster Festival for a very special series of events. This Audience with Tony Singh & Cyrus Todiwala is your opportunity to get up close and personal with these inspiring chefs. This event is strictly limited to only 100 people, and it provides opportunities for audience interaction and conversation.

Massimo Lisi will also be showing us how to create a delicious cocktail.

Tickets to this event include a glass of Prosecco on arrival (or non-alcoholic alternative), and delicious canapes. Additional prosecco is available at an extra charge of £5 per person.
