Tony Singh: Cookery Demo 2025

Scotland’s Spice King, Tony Singh, is the Chef Ambassador of Stranraer Oyster Festival, and we are delighted to welcome him back for another year. If you’ve enjoyed one of Tony’s cookery demos in the past, you’ll know they’re packed with inspiration, flavour and conversation. Tony is a natural communicator and his passion for quality produce and his enthusiasm for helping people to enjoy food is contagious.

Tony has championed the work of Stranraer Development Trust and the Oyster Festival for many years, commenting:
